ONE YOUNG PERSON.
ONE MENTOR.
REAL CHANGE.
Relationship-led mentoring for young people who need it most,
focused on emotional regulation, accountability and decision-making.
WHAT IT IS
Focused one-to-one support that builds belonging, resilience and the skills to make safer decisions. Culturally responsive and co-created around each young person, our mentoring is led by practitioners with lived experience.
Some young people need focused, individual support. Our mentoring pairs them with a trained youth worker who sticks with them over time, building the safe, consistent relationship that change depends on.
Together they set goals, track progress and work through the specific triggers behind a young person’s behaviour. It is where emotional intelligence stops being a lesson and becomes something used in the moment.

You identify the young person; we agree goals and safeguarding arrangements with your team. Early sessions focus on trust and rapport, then we work through triggers and practical strategies the young person can use. Regular reviews help your team see progress and sustain change after mentoring ends.
Young people build practical emotional intelligence skills, stronger relationships and a clearer connection to learning. Progress is reviewed with the young person and the setting.
Tell us about the young person and the support you are looking for.
We will review the information with you and agree the appropriate next step.
