Programmes and flexible workshops, each designed around a real need in young people’s lives.
Progress can be reviewed using the YEES Emotional Intelligence Scale and ongoing feedback.
What it is
Not every setting needs a six-week programme to begin. For example, workshops and assemblies can introduce emotional intelligence to a whole year group or respond to a current priority in your setting.
In practice, sessions range from thought-provoking assemblies for whole cohorts to hands-on workshops for smaller groups. Each session is practical, age-appropriate and rooted in real situations, so it never feels like a slideshow that washes over the room.
